Senior C++ Storage Developer

We are seeking experienced C++ engineers to join a high-performance engineering team within a leading quantitative trading firm in Chicago.

The team is focused on building and scaling critical storage and database infrastructure that underpins some of the most demanding workloads in the industry. This role requires engineers who are equally comfortable working on large-scale distributed systems and diving into low-level operating system internals to optimize performance, reliability, and scalability.

We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have experience in:

• Modern C++ development
• Distributed systems design and implementation
• Storage systems, databases, and persistence technologies
• Linux internals, filesystems, memory management, and kernel-level performance optimization
• Concurrency, networking, and high-performance systems engineering
• Designing and operating highly available, fault-tolerant infrastructure
