The Little Gym of McKinney is hiring! Do you have a background in gymnastics, cheer, tumbling, dance, ninja, or youth sports? We'd especially love to meet you! Don't have a gymnastics background? That's okay too! If you're energetic, outgoing, great with kids, and comfortable talking with families, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Lead fun, high-energy classes for kids ages 4 months12 years
• Help kids build confidence and learn new skills
• Create an amazing experience for children and families
• Build relationships with parents and members
• Help with camps, parties & special events
• Be active, have fun, and make a difference every day!

We'd Love to Meet You If You:

• Have experience in gymnastics, cheer, tumbling, dance, ninja, or youth sports
• Love working with kids
• Are outgoing, energetic, and dependable
• Feel comfortable talking with parents and families
• Have great customer service skills
• Are coachable and eager to learn

Availability We're looking for consistent availability for:

• Weekday afternoons & evenings
• Weekends
• Wednesdays, 3:455:00 PM for our weekly team meeting
• Year-round availability preferred
• Reliable transportation required

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parents' Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe.
