Sunrise Detox Position Title: Director of Nursing Sunrise Detox is a premiere center for drug and alcohol detox. Job Description Director of Nursing Duties / Responsibilities Oversee all nursing–related services for each patient. Participate in ongoing monitoring and evaluation to assess, plan, implement, and deliver care. Preserve and improve the quality of patient care. Maintain contact with other departments to ensure proper care plans for each patient. Develop and evaluate nursing unit personnel. Supervise all nursing services and practices, including scheduling of all nursing personnel. Director of Nursing Requirements Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a current state‑issued Registered Nursing license; an MSN is preferred. Minimum of two years’ experience as a nursing supervisor. Working knowledge of substance abuse and dual‑diagnosis patients; detox experience preferred but not required. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and efficiently. Director of Nursing Compensation Salary competitive with experience and location.
