Job Description

The Surgical Scrub Tech will assist with surgical procedures in the Operating Room, ensuring the availability and proper use of equipment and supplies. This role requires a strong commitment to patient safety and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the sterile field during surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons and surgical teams with instrument handling and positioning of patients.
• Manage surgical instruments and equipment prior to and during surgeries.
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a skill level of 3 or higher in Joint, Neuro, Ortho, and Vascular specialties.
• Broad surgical knowledge, with experience in general, GYN, robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, burn, and trauma.
