Responsibilities:
- Generate customer leads with existing Client and new opportunities
- Promote Regal products and services to existing customer base and potential new clients
- Close marketing/sales by means of excellent professional service and salesmanship (The Regal Way)
- Develop customer referrals of Regal Commercial Services flooring services
- Work with Flooring team in preparing sales/marketing action plans and strategies
- Complete daily marketing/sales schedule
- Provide quality control functions as needed
- Develop and maintain a customer database
- Work with Flooring team in planning and conducting direct marketing opportunities
- Attend scheduled marketing/sales meetings
- Any and all other miscellaneous tasks necessary to accomplish above job description, as defined by management team
- Property management experience a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
