StaffMD has a Hospital-affiliated Multispecialty group in Illinois seeking a BE/BC Geriatric Medicine physician to join an established Geriatrics practice. Practice details as follows:

BC/BE Geriatrics
4 Geriatricians in ambulatory clinic
Geriatric fellows, NPs, and nursing staff support
Geriatric Hospitalists to assist with hospital admissions
Primary responsibilities include nursing home coverage and outpatient clinic
Planned clinic schedule Mon-Fri 8a-5p
Provide service in sub-acute, rehabilitation, and short-stay environments
No visit or staffing requirements for assisted-care facilities, home visits, hospice or palliative care
Hospital practice not required
Call for your nursing home patients during the week
Also 1:12 weekday/weekend geriatric service call for ambulatory clinic patients
Opportunity for medical directorship
