This full-time remote role allows you to work from the comfort of your home while still maintaining regular business hours with occasional evening shifts as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based tools and methods.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances of each client, ensuring ongoing engagement and progress tracking.

  • Deliver therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care.

  • Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other multidisciplinary team members to provide holistic care, attending regular staff meetings to coordinate client management.

  • Provide crisis intervention services during acute mental health crises, demonstrating both clinical expertise and genuine compassion for clients in distress.

  • Engage actively in community outreach and educational initiatives to foster mental health awareness and reduce stigma, positioning our center as a trusted resource in the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve supporting individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma. You will work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent care that respects individual differences and promotes healing. This focus on inclusivity not only enhances therapeutic relationships but also enriches your clinical experience.

Qualifications\n

  • A valid and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

  • A completed Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

  • Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to build rapport quickly with clients of varying backgrounds.

  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on timely documentation and record-keeping, necessary for maintaining compliance and quality of care.

  • Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity, essential for working with clients from different ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Experience in a detox center or similar treatment environment is highly desirable.
