Warsaw Meadows Care Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our skilled nursing facility in Warsaw, IN .

The primary purpose of the LPN is to administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or other medical supervisors. Our nurses are United by Compassion and Led by Purpose , and we are looking for professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents.

Shifts Available:

• Full Time Night Shift (8 or 12 hours)
• Full Time 6a-6p/6p-6a Weekends

Pay Range: Up to $37.50/hour PLUS nights and weekend shift diff

LPN Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or other medical supervisors.
• Provide basic medical care including changing bandages, administering prescribed medications, and collecting specimens.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and treatments provided.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure the highest quality of resident care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Indiana.
• Must be 18 years of age or older .
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a commitment to resident-centered care.
