Manager, Print & Fulfillment Operations (Contract Opportunity)

Responsibilities Serve as the operational expert for the print process, providing guidance and documentation to the business. Train on new print processes and share ongoing best practices across internal cross-functional teams. Manage the print, proofing and fulfillment process for all approved USPIs. Serve as the lead for all Commercial and Medical field inquiries regarding approved print materials. Generates reports and metrics for stakeholders accompanied by an operational analysis Help leads all conference print materials, including print and drop shipments during a high-volume period. Manage all aspects of print during product label updates, coordinating with the business and the Fulfillment vendor to support versioning of approved materials and Prescribing Information. Supports MLR Operations inclusive of back up for Material Review as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree required. 5 years of related work experience; prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical or biotech industry preferred.
