Helps ensure accurate recordkeeping, supports team objectives, and maintains compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.**Key Responsibilities*** Assembles report for weekly loan committee review, including credit proposals and various management reports. Takes minutes of meetings and documents actions taken by the loan committee.* Assemble report of loans with adverse conditions for quarterly loan committee review. Takes minutes of meetings and documents actions taken by the loan committee.* Performs monthly collateral checks for certain categories of loans by traveling to the collateral locations and visually confirming its presence.* Assists loan officers and credit analysts by working with customers to gather updated financial information in accordance with each loan’s reporting requirements.* Perform other duties as assigned.* Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.* Must comply with current applicable laws, regulations and bank policies and procedures. Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
