Data Modeler

- Design and maintain enterprise data models supporting P&C insurance business processes.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
- Develop and maintain data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and data lineage documentation.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Data Architects, and Engineering teams.
- Create source-to-target mappings and ensure data model alignment with business requirements.
- Implement data modeling standards, governance, and best practices.
- Support data warehouse, data lake, Lakehouse, and operational data store initiatives.
- Define and optimize dimensional models for reporting and analytics.
- Participate in data quality, master data management, and data governance initiatives.
- Collaborate with ETL/ELT teams to ensure efficient data integration and transformation.
- Assist in performance tuning and database optimization activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and insurance reporting requirements.
