ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1995 and currently lead a close-knit team of two, with plans to continue growing. State Farm has been part of my life for a long time - my dad was a State Farm agent, which inspired me to earn a degree in insurance and pursue a career in the industry. I started in claims before eventually making the move into agency ownership.

I’m a graduate of the University of North Texas and have been married for 34 years. We have two daughters and two grandchildren. Outside of the office, I enjoy hiking and have a passion for drag racing.

Danny Humphreys - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
