As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in evaluating and rehabilitating patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders. You will develop and implement effective care plans, utilizing standardized assessments and evidence-based practices. Your responsibilities will include:

• Screening, evaluating, and rehabilitating patients with communication and swallowing disorders
• Developing appropriate plans of care following regulatory and clinical standards
• Assessing patient progress and adjusting treatments accordingly
• Providing consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers
• Documenting all required information in the electronic documentation system
• Participating in required meetings and trainings
• Supervising and supporting CFY or Student Speech-Language Pathologists

Requirements:

• Active ASHA and Missouri State Licensure
• CCC certified SLP
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• LTC or Rehab experience required
• 3 years experience holding active CCS preferred
