About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Finance to lead its FP&A and Treasury functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and modernizing the finance operating model, with a focus on FP&A, treasury and liquidity management, strategic finance, and business performance reporting. This role requires a strong leader with a background in finance transformation, including experience in reporting automation, dashboard development, and long-range planning. The VP, Finance will also be involved in M&A activities, growth, and performance reporting, and will be expected to provide strategic financial insights to executive stakeholders. Applicants for the VP, Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA, CPA, CFA, or other advanced finance credential preferred. A minimum of 7-10 years' experience in FP&A, Treasury, strategic finance, or related areas is required, with a preference for those who have worked in a private equity-backed, acquisition-oriented, or high-growth environment. The role demands a candidate with advanced Excel, financial modeling, and executive presentation skills, and the ability to lead organizational change and build high-performing teams. Experience in wealth management or similar financial services is also a plus. The VP, Finance will be measured on their ability to lead a high-performing team, develop and implement the company's finance operating model, and enhance financial reporting and analytical capabilities.
