PepsiCo Truck Driver

Pay: $64,000/YR Annual

Location: Orangeburg, SC

Work Days: Schedule changes weekly, two days off guaranteed but not necessarily consecutive. Covering vacations and leaves of absence, so days depend on what they are covering.

Start Time: 4AM for Large Format Routes and 6AM for Small format routes we have set start times for each route

End Time: When all stops are complete, no set end time. We are DOT regulated and cannot work over 14 hours. Most routes take 10-12 hours per day to complete.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

What You'll Do:

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
