Operations Supervisor

We are looking for an energetic team member to provide leadership for our moving crews and manage the daily operational aspects of the business. What We Offer Pay range: $45,000-$50,000 per year Monthly performance-based bonuses Paid Time Off Responsibilities Promote and protect the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® brand Determine staffing requirements and facilitate the hiring process; interview, hire and train new employees (or oversee these processes) Responsible for employee development, accountability, and corrective action programs Coordinate employee scheduling, truck assignments, and dispatch of movers and drivers Promote safety and uphold safety procedures and policies; ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and FMCSA guidelines Complete performance audits during moves to ensure safety and customer satisfaction; oversee damage resolution process Requirements High school diploma Ability to repeatedly lift over 50lbs Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations in the last three years Must be able to pass a drug test and background screen Effective communication skills - verbal and written Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively Exceptional organizational and time management skills Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities Demonstrated ability to lead by example to motivate, develop, and direct people Understanding of and commitment to customer service and the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® core values #J-18808-Ljbffr
