Salesforce Engineer

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in MIS, CIS, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
• We require Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certification.
• We need at least 5 years of professional experience building and deploying solutions on the Salesforce Platform.
• We expect active Trailblazer engagement that demonstrates ongoing Salesforce learning.
• We require hands-on experience with Experience Cloud.
• We require experience with CI/CD tooling such as Azure DevOps or Gearset.
• We need working knowledge of AWS services, including API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, SNS, and S3.
• We require experience in a SCRUM or agile delivery environment.
• We need experience with event-driven integrations using Salesforce Platform Events.
• We require familiarity with Salesforce security features and configuration.
• We need experience with declarative Salesforce customizations, including data model design, Lightning UI, business logic, security settings, reports, and dashboards.
• We require experience using Salesforce APIs such as REST, SOAP, and Bulk API.
• We require experience working with Git or another modern source control system.
• We prefer candidates located in the Central Time Zone.
• We require strong, hands-on AWS cloud experience.
• AWS certifications are a strong plus.

• We support all phases of the application lifecycle for Salesforce customizations, applications, and integrations, including design, development, testing, release, and support.
• We build well-documented, maintainable code that emphasizes quality, security, and long-term value while following Salesforce and KAES architecture and development standards.
• We partner with technical and business stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• We stay current on the latest Salesforce capabilities, releases, and development practices.
• We take part in agile delivery activities, including design and code reviews with other software engineers.
• We contribute to the implementation period, followed by testing, trialing, enhancements, and validation to ensure nothing was missed.
