Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (5x8 Hours, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) | 13-Week Assignment | 40 Guaranteed Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Triage obstetric and gynecological patient concerns over the phone, applying clinical knowledge of obstetric emergencies
• Respond to patient inquiries via EPIC messaging and voice message in a timely and professional manner
• Recognize and respond appropriately to obstetric emergencies including placenta previa, ectopic pregnancy, gestational hypertension, and preeclampsia
• Perform clinic nursing duties related to maternity and gynecological care of women
• Document patient interactions and clinical findings accurately within the EPIC electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

• Active Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license, or pending licensure with proof of application submitted (must obtain within 2 weeks of start)
• Demonstrated knowledge of obstetric emergencies and appropriate clinical triage protocols
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system (required)
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience; 2 years preferred
• Ability to commit to a 13-week contract assignment with 40 hours per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2 or more years of experience in an OB/GYN or women's health clinical setting
• Prior experience in an outpatient or clinic-based nursing environment
• Familiarity with telephone triage protocols specific to obstetric and gynecological populations
