Boeing 737 First Officer (NTR Welcome) - Miami & Youngstown Bases

Your mission Operate the Boeing 737NG as First Officer in full compliance with FARs, company SOPs, and all safety policies. Exhibit strong CRM, clear radio and cockpit communication, and professional customer interaction. Partner closely with the Captain, dispatch, and cabin crew to deliver safe, efficient, and on-time operations. Demonstrate the company’s values and culture while adapting to changing conditions in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Uphold meticulous checklist discipline, preflight planning, and threat/error management on every leg.
