CNA certification or prior caregiving experience is a plus but not required.

What Youll Do

As a caregiver, youll provide both practical assistance and meaningful companionship to clients in their homes.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Helping with mobility and safe transfers
• Meal preparation and nutritional support
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Supporting clients living with Alzheimers or dementia
• Documenting care using our easy-to-use AxisCare app
• Following safety and infection-control procedures

Qualifications

18 years or older
Dependable, responsible, and professional
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 2 weeks)
Reliable transportation, valid insurance, and good driving record
Ability to pass a background check and TB test (or obtain within 2 weeks)
Previous home care or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
