Location & Start Date Better Buzz Coffee is opening a new location in Phoenix, AZ (4626 E. Shea Blvd., 85028), expected to open July 2026. About the Opportunity Better Buzz Coffee is seeking Baristas for this new location. We will train new hires at an existing Better Buzz Coffee location. Key Qualities Gregarious . You can work at least 22 hours per week, including weekends and holidays. Responsibilities Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service. Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks. Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards. Work all café positions — cross‑trained and adaptable, including working in the kitchen to make food to order. Keep our space clean, safe, and always ready for guests and teammates. Baristas have the opportunity to learn the entire business, including cashier, expo, drive‑thru (if available), third‑party delivery & online orders, and back‑of‑house cooking & prepping. Qualifications 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred. Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service. Strong communicator with a positive, solution‑oriented attitude. Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends, and holidays. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
