This role involves providing urgent care to patients in a fast-paced emergency department setting, focusing on delivering high-quality clinical services and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. Job Details Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Certifications, relevant education, and licenses required for emergency nursing; valid license to practice in the state of Washington; at least 1 year of ER nursing experience. Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications such as AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), or Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM); experience working in a high-volume emergency setting. Additional Information: The position involves adhering to facility-specific Standard Operating Procedures and maintaining compliance with safety protocols. Flexibility in adapting to shift schedules and operational demands is preferred.
