What You'll Do Lead content production from concept through final delivery. Produce and edit high-quality video content for multiple channels. Manage podcast production, recording, editing, and distribution. Capture and create content at events, award ceremonies, conferences, and testimonials. Coordinate and execute photoshoots and on‑location productions. Travel as needed to support content initiatives and event coverage. Leverage AI‑powered tools to enhance production workflows, editing, content ideation, and efficiency. Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to develop compelling brand narratives. What We're Looking For 8+ years of content production experience. Advanced video editing and production skills. Experience producing podcasts, photography, event coverage, interviews, and testimonial content. Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and modern production technologies. Demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools within content creation, editing, or production workflows. Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
