Role Description The Senior Business Analyst is a part-time, remote role responsible for providing strategic and operational insights that support ISSA’s programs, services, and member initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders, mapping and evaluating business processes, and translating data into actionable recommendations. The role involves preparing reports and dashboards, facilitating discussions to clarify needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve systems, workflows, and decision-making. The Senior Business Analyst will also support project planning, contribute to continuous improvement efforts, and help ensure that solutions align with ISSA’s mission and the needs of its global membership.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated expertise in business analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to understand and improve business processes, including workflow mapping and process optimization.
- Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in defining and managing business requirements for technology, reporting, and operational initiatives.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms) is beneficial.
- Background in associations, facilities management, cleaning, or related industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities in a part-time capacity.
