Weekly Working Hours: 40 hours/week full-time - 8:30a-7:30p Shifts: 2 long days & 2 short days - no weekends or on-call The Johns Hopkins Hospital has been at the forefront of discovery, innovation, and medical advances for over 125 years. The Hospitality Discharge Lounge RN coordinates care for patients who are being discharged from JHH, and optimizes their experience by navigating their medication and equipment retrieval, communicating with their designated unit nurse for transport to the lounge, and assisting in the smooth, caring and supportive transition for patients as they leave the hospital.

Salary Range: Minimum 39.64/hour - Maximum 61.64/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.

Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in nursing (ADN) (Required) but Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (Preferred) and
• Applicants with an associate degree in nursing will be considered. Per nursing guidelines, must matriculate
into a Bachelor of Nursing program.
• RN - Registered Nurse licensure Upon Hire (Required)
• CPR - Basic CPR Upon Hire (Required)
• Minimum six (6) months of nursing experience required but 1-year acute care experience preferred at a minimum
