Location West Texas (Midland/Odessa area). Compensation and Benefits Commission-based compensation with unlimited earning potential. Average income for qualifying financial professionals in 2024: $120,555. Eligible full-time professionals may qualify for medical, dental, life, disability, 401(k), and pension benefits. Pay range: $120,555 - $225,000 per year. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans tailored to clients' needs and goals. Conduct a thorough financial analysis and provide insights on investment management and cash flow. Advise clients on estate planning, tax strategies, and wealth management options. Utilize financial software to track and manage client portfolios effectively. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service. Stay updated on financial regulations and market trends to provide informed advice. Qualifications Experience in financial services, insurance, or a related field. Ability to build and maintain a strong client base through networking and relationship-building. Proven track record of providing customized financial solutions to meet diverse client needs. Strong understanding of retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and protection strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with industry trends. Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team environment in West Texas.
