Description

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining company offices and common areas in a clean, organized, and professional condition. This role performs housekeeping, custodial, and light support services to ensure a safe and welcoming work environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain all company offices, conference rooms, and common areas in a clean, organized, and professional manner.
• Empty office trash receptacles, replace liners, and dispose of waste in designated exterior containers.
• Clean and maintain all restroom facilities in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Vacuum rugs, sweep and mop floors throughout office and facility areas.
• Restock breakroom supplies and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.
• Dust offices, conference rooms, and common surfaces regularly.
• Prepare frozen meals and assist with setup and cleanup of daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, as required.
• Order and pick up snacks and meals from local establishments for meetings, as requested.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and understand simple instructions and short correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one or small group situations.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to perform basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply practical judgment to carry out written or verbal instructions and address routine tasks in a safe and efficient manner.

COMPUTER SKILLS: None required.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TSA Ramp Pass.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

• Vision requirements may include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
