Responsibilities include:

• Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments based on shop capacity.
• Write purchase orders as needed for internal repair orders and sublets.
• Provide a clear path to repair so the customer understands the process.
• Communicate directly with the technicians and parts department regarding repair status daily, and provide regular updates to the customer.
• Submit all extended warranty claims correctly and ensure proper documentation for reimbursement.
• Greet customers promptly.
• Obtain customer and vehicle information.
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of vehicle.
• Once available, prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts, send video and MPI to customer via Xtime.
• Establish follow up time.
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently.
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers and verify they received the MPI and Video.
• Walk guest to vehicle and verify the service experience was exceptional.

Requirements include:

• Are a fast learner.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Have excellent customer service skills.
• Are a team player.
• Are computer literate.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction.
• Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is a must.
• Above average energy level.
• A desire for a long term career with a growing organization.
• Personal and professional integrity.
• Dealertrack and Xtime DMS experience a plus.
