HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR – $25–$32/hr

Description:

We’re hiring 3 Heavy Equipment Operators to support a large excavation project in Lincoln, NE. This role focuses on dozer work, grading, and moving material to prepare the site for development.

Responsibilities:

• Operate dozers, excavators, and loaders for mass excavation work

• Perform grading and land leveling to meet site specifications

• Load and move materials efficiently to support site progress

• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic upkeep

• Follow all safety procedures on an active jobsite

Essential Skills:

• 2+ years of heavy equipment operating experience

• Experience with dozers, excavators, and loaders

• Strong grading and earthwork knowledge

• Ability to work independently and stay productive

• Reliable and safety-focused

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with track hoes and large excavation projects

• Strong time management in repetitive work environments

• Experience in site development or earthmoving

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
