Clinical Nurse Opportunity

Nurses on 4C care for acutely ill adults and their families, that present with a wide variety of diagnoses. This is a great place to become an expert generalist and gain exposure to many disease processes. In FY 21' 4C was recognized for being CLABSI and CAUTI Free. 4C is also a NICHE unit, which stands for Nurses Improving Care for Health system Elders. This 32-bed unit is a great place to become an expert Med/Surg nurse and be exposed to a variety of surgical nursing skills. The staff and nurses on 4C are highly skilled, motivated, and committed to excellence.

We strive to provide safe, quality care by maintaining a patient-centered approach and leveraging multi-disciplinary collaboration. 4C is also a NICHE (Nurses Improving Care for Health system Elders) unit specializing in caring for geriatric surgical patients.

As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needsfrom routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. Interventions may be delivered directly or coordinated through collaboration with other members of the nursing team.

Qualifications:

ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.
Active DC RN License and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross).

This position has a hiring range of USD $41.34 - USD $66.92 /Hr.
