Location: Near Sanger, CA 93657
Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Schedule: Full-Time | 32.5 Hours/Week
Setting: School-Based
School Assignment: 1 School
A school district near Sanger, CA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the 2026–2027 school year. This position is ideal for a BCBA with strong assessment and treatment planning experience who enjoys collaborating with educators and providing individualized behavioral support.
Position Details:
Full-time schedule
32.5 hours per week
2026–2027 school year
One school assignment
Conduct comprehensive skills assessments
Complete Functional Behavior Assessments as needed
Utilize appropriate screening and assessment tools
Develop treatment recommendations
Support individualized behavioral needs
Collaborate with teachers and school staff
Follow ethical and evidence-based behavioral practices
Requirements:
Active BCBA certification through the BACB required
Previous experience working in schools preferred
Experience conducting behavioral assessments preferred
Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams
