Minimum of 20 daily phone calls to prospects and clientele. Daily activity prospecting from the service drive and outside of the dealership. Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Continuously develop product and sales knowledge with ongoing coaching. Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles. Follow-up phone calls with all prospects and customers.
