About the Job:

Hammer & Nails West LA is looking for the perfect candidate to fill our position as a Sales Associate / Member Concierge. Be the first and last impression for every guest and make each experience matter. Come join our team and be the best part of someone's day. This position is very sales-oriented and is compensated on an hourly and commission structure based on sales!

**The goal is to promote this role into the acting General Manager of this location**

Trained sales and marketing professionals manage your guests to ensure you stay busy behind the chair, focusing on the thing you love most. We are currently looking for candidates with the following skills and credentials:

• Salon and/or Gym front desk experience.
• Sales experience is a HUGE PLUS.
• Membership sales experience a BIGGER PLUS!
• Scheduling appointments.
• Accurately book, change, and cancel client appointments.
• Utilize computers with skill and proficiency.
• Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area.
• Manage inventory accurately.
• Properly open and close each day according to Salon Procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage day-to-day operations to run a salon.
• Commitment to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Listen and address customer/employee complaints and concerns.
• Basic computer skills.
