Key Responsibilities\n

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions that utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other suitable modalities, adapting approaches based on patient feedback and progress.

  • Collaborating closely with medical professionals to provide coordinated care, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive support for their overall health.

  • Providing crisis intervention when necessary and offering support during mental health emergencies to help stabilize patients effectively.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess:

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Nevada.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in addressing mental health needs in patients with co-occurring medical conditions.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for effective patient engagement.

Preferred Experience\n
