Business Systems Analyst

Duration : Contract
Location : Portland, OR onsite
We're looking for someone with a strong background in business process analysis, stakeholder discovery, requirements gathering, and process improvement. This person will work across multiple departments to understand current workflows and system usage, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Key experience we're looking for:
- 5+ years of Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar experience
- Strong business process documentation and workflow analysis experience
- Experience leading stakeholder interviews and discovery/requirements-gathering sessions
- Gap analysis and process improvement expertise
- Ability to translate business conversations into clear requirements and actionable recommendations
- Experience creating desk manuals, onboarding guides, training materials, and other knowledge documentation
- Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate small-group training/workshops
- Salesforce experience is preferred; Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud experience would be a strong plus
