Description

Winvian Farm, a Relais & Chateaux luxury resort in the Litchfield Hills, is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to help maintain the beauty, safety, and functionality of our unique property. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys a variety of tasks.

What You'll Do

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across guest cottages, facilities, and grounds
• Complete routine and preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systems
• Handle painting, minor carpentry, and basic plumbing/electrical tasks
• Operate landscaping and maintenance equipment (mowers, tractors, power tools)
• Assist with seasonal property upkeep, including grounds care and snow removal
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Identify and report safety hazards or repair needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to support overall property operations

Starting pay is $22.00/hour

Requirements

Requirements

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs
• Previous maintenance or facilities experience required
• Experience with painting and power equipment preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or HVAC is a plus
• Strong work ethic and "can-do" attitude
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Flexible schedules- weekends and some holidays required
