In this role, you will provide one-on-one support to seniors and adults who need assistance with daily activities while continuing to live in their own homes.We have opportunities for caregivers seeking part-time, full-time, or PRN schedules, depending on current client needs and availability.Pay and Employee Benefits$15.50–$17.00 per hour, based on experience and qualificationsAdditional $1.50 per hour for eligible weekend shiftsPaid orientation and required trainingEmployee Referral ProgramScheduling opportunities based on availability and client needsPaid Time Off after one year of employmentHealth, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits for eligible employeesOngoing support from our office and scheduling teamOpportunities for professional growthHow You'll Make a DifferenceEvery client has unique needs, and your responsibilities may include:Assisting with personal care and everyday activitiesProviding companionship and meaningful social interactionPreparing meals and offering medication remindersHelping maintain a clean and safe home environmentAssisting with laundry and light household tasksProviding transportation to appointments or assisting with errands when requiredMonitoring for changes in the client's condition and reporting concerns to the appropriate team membersProviding care according to the client's individual service planQualificationsWe are seeking applicants who are reliable, professional, and committed to providing quality care.
