Bruegger's Bagels Shift Leader – Overview Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. We empower Shift Leaders to take charge and set the morale and tone of the team. They provide feedback and coach team members when needed. Shift Leaders open and close the store with little to no supervision. Our teams take pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve and in maintaining a safe, clean store environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years or older Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 AM) and weekends Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe certification prior to completion of leadership training Possession of a current, valid, state‑issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy Location Address: Brentwood Shopping Center, 330 Franklin Road, Brentwood, Tennessee 37027 Physical Demands The physical demands for this position include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours.
