Delivery Senior Consultant/Delivery Consultant

Location: Charlotte, NC

This role is not eligible for 100% remote work. Employees must live within a commutable distance of the Charlotte area and must be willing to be onsite at the client and/or Slalom Charlotte office up to 5 days a week.

What You'll Do

• Support the delivery of business and technology projects by managing execution and driving clarity in requirements.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, timelines, and business needs.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, manage task tracking, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and system interactions.
• Use AI-powered tools (e.g., generative AI for documentation and meeting notes, automation for reporting and backlog grooming, predictive analytics for risk and impact analysis) to improve delivery speed and quality.
• Translate business goals into actionable plans and user stories, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement efforts within the delivery capability.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in project management and/or business analysis, ideally in consulting or client-facing environments.
• Familiarity with agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven success delivering business and technology solutions across diverse industries.
• Exposure to AI-enabled tools that support delivery and analysis workflows.
• Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and adapt to changing priorities.
• PMP, CBAP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field.

For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for the Consultant pay range is $88,000-$108,000. The targeted base salary pay range for the Senior Consultant pay range is $110,000-$130,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
