Your Mission

As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for leading one of the most important departments in our dealership.

You'll:

• Inspire, motivate, and develop a championship-caliber sales team.
• Recruit, train, and mentor future automotive professionals.
• Drive new vehicle sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Work alongside dealership leadership to achieve aggressive growth goals.
• Manage inventory and manufacturer programs.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies for continued success.
• Foster a culture built on integrity, accountability, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
• Lead by example every single day.

Previous Automotive Sales Management Experience

Proven Track Record of Driving Sales & Profitability

Valid Driver's License with Acceptable Driving Record
