Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Part Time 2pm - 10pm

Position Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides high-quality, person-centered care to residents while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence. As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment.
• Support residents in maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and team members.
• Document care provided according to community standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Contribute positively to a collaborative, team-focused work environment.

Qualifications:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Iowa.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for serving seniors.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
