Junior Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary Norma Precision Inc. seeks a creative, detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator to support the development of marketing materials, digital content, and brand initiatives. This entry-level role is ideal for a candidate eager to grow a career in graphic design and marketing while gaining hands‑on experience across digital, social, e‑commerce, and event marketing. The primary focus of this role is graphic design and visual content creation (75%), supporting dealer, consumer, and internal marketing initiatives. Additional responsibilities include website updates, digital asset management, content coordination, and event support. Location Pooler, GA 31322 (Office: Savannah, GA) Reports To: Marketing Manager. Status: Full-Time. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Graphic Design & Creative Production (75%) Design and produce print and digital marketing materials, including ads, brochures, sell sheets, catalogs, dealer materials and displays, trade show graphics, presentations, social media graphics, email graphics, website banners, and promotional merchandise. Design, edit, and maintain product packaging, labels, box artwork, and supporting packaging components while ensuring compliance with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and print production specifications. Create compelling visual content that aligns with Norma’s brand standards and marketing objectives. Stage and photograph products for marketing, e‑commerce, social media, and advertising use. Capture photography and video content at company events, trade shows, dealer visits, and product launches. Edit, retouch, and optimize photos for print and digital applications. Create product renderings, mockups, and visual concepts for presentations, packaging, promotions, and product launches. Prepare production‑ready files for print vendors and digital platforms. Maintain organized libraries of creative assets, templates, and project files. Collaborate with sales, product management, customer service, and leadership teams to develop marketing materials that support business objectives. Maintain a high level of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail across all deliverables. Website & Digital Support (10%) Assist with updating website content, product information, images, and downloadable assets. Support WooCommerce and WordPress content management activities. Monitor website content accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement. Content & Social Media Support (10%) Create and resize graphics for social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives. Assist with content scheduling and asset management across marketing channels. Support product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns through content development and organization. Maintain digital content libraries and marketing resources. Event & Trade Show Support (5%) Assist with planning and preparing for trade shows, dealer meetings, shooting events, and promotional activities. Assist with coordinating event graphics, signage, promotional materials, and displays. Qualifications Associate or Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, visual communications, product design, industrial design, or a related field is preferred. 0–3 years of graphic design, marketing, or related experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign). Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience with photography, photo editing, and content creation. Basic knowledge of WordPress, WooCommerce, social media platforms, and digital marketing principles. Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual design fundamentals. Excellent organizational, communication, and time‑management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
