Collaborate and/or train support staff, co-lawyers, and everyone connected to Ankin Law. Make time for case strategy and discussion especially on high value or high expert cost cases. In general, work to achieve a reputation as a leader in the field of injury law. Our seasoned attorneys typically have a base salary of $100,000-$200,000 and a clearly defined compensation structure based on performance with no upper end cap. We evaluate candidates based on proven results, including settlements, jury verdicts, and future potential. Qualifications Someone with a track record which demonstrates they are a great lawyer. Lawyering ability is prioritized over the ability to generate business. Exceptional lawyering generates clients. Ability to manage caseload without sacrificing the quality of experience for one client over another. Have a work-life balance which allows you to have the time to go to trial and perform case preparation.
