Law Enforcement Specialist

Leading a 24/7 team of Senior and Junior Specialists, the full-time Principal Imminent Risk (Law Enforcement) Specialist will manage day-to-day operations, oversee quality assurance, and build team processes while working remotely in a role that requires flexibility outside regular hours. Key responsibilities Own the team's success and manage operations across all shifts to ensure optimal performance Perform senior specialist duties, including reviewing content and handling escalations Build and maintain the team's shift schedule, ensuring minimum coverage and managing PTO Required qualifications At least 4 years of experience in law enforcement or a related field Training in crisis intervention, threat assessment, or violent crime Investigative experience with violent content or credible threats Experience supervising teams and managing shift schedules Comfortable reviewing distressing material regularly
