Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking to transition your clinical expertise into a role that impacts healthcare quality and policy at a state level?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Expert Registered Nurse to join our team, specifically inviting candidates with strong backgrounds in outpatient and home care settings to apply.
While this role involves high-level reviews and regulatory oversight, your experience navigating the complexities of home health and outpatient environments is exactly the perspective we need. You understand the "real-world" challenges of patient care—from coordination of services to documentation requirements—making you the perfect candidate to help us evaluate the necessity and quality of care delivered across the state.Why Your Home Care & Outpatient Experience Matters
In this role, you aren't just looking at charts; you are evaluating the standard of care for our most vulnerable populations. Your deep understanding of:
- Care Coordination: Managing the complexities of multidisciplinary care in a patient's home or outpatient clinic.
- Documentation Compliance: Knowing firsthand how critical accurate documentation is for both patient outcomes and reimbursement integrity.
- Patient Advocacy: Understanding what "quality of care" actually looks like on the ground.
These skills are invaluable as you review medical necessity, analyze service appropriateness, and help ensure our programs are functioning at the highest level.Key Responsibilities
