Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through active selling and cross-selling techniques. Utilize upselling opportunities to maximize sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Capture customer information and preferences for future engagement and follow-up. Seek customer feedback and convey valuable insights to the management team. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store is appealing to customers. Operational Support: Assist in inventory management tasks, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise. Participate in regular store cleaning and maintenance activities to uphold a clean and inviting atmosphere. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent education. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic math skills for processing sales transactions.
