About the LPN Assistant Unit Manager Role: Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians and other healthcare professionals. Collaborate with other nursing staff, physicians, and allied health professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Participate in patient education and discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition to the next level of care. Lead an LPN team, providing guidance, support, and feedback to optimize patient outcomes. Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality care, patient satisfaction, and safety. LPN Assistant Unit Manager Requirements: Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of New York. Prior experience, preferably in a nursing home, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic healthcare setting.
