Part-time Church Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper

Our Smithville congregation is looking for a person to help with administrative and bookkeeping tasks 4 mornings a week. We prefer someone who has experience with either Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and with Quickbooks or similar accounting software.
Hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, or as arranged with minister.
This person will serve as the “hub” of church communications, coordinating the office, facilitating information distribution, and providing hospitality to all who interact with the church. He/she will also assist the Treasurer with processing invoices, paying bills, and providing employees’ time sheets and other information to our accountants.
