Overview Registered Nurse (RN) at Autumn Ridge Rehabilitation — Full-Time or Part-Time Day (6a–6p) and Evening Shifts Available. As a Registered Nurse, you will develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff. You will use nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents, contributing to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care as an RN within the care plan and in collaboration with the care team. Monitor resident status, assess changes, and document findings accurately. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies. Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care. Promote a compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care environment. Qualifications Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana. Proficient medication management skills. Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions. Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
