Site Coordinator
The Site Coordinator oversees daily office operations and manages workflow between support staff and providers. This role requires strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support daily office operations
- Coordinate workflow between providers and support staff
- Monitor schedules, staffing, and patient flow
- Address operational concerns and resolve issues quickly
- Communicate updates and workflow changes effectively
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and professionalism
Required Skills and Experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage workflow efficiently
- Experience working in an office or healthcare setting preferred
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Chosen candidate will need to pass a drug screening.
